Curriculums

All our curriculums provide excellent preparation for a range of future educational goals and foster participation in the local, national and international communities.

Primary School Curriculum (IPC)
Primary Education at AICS follows the International Primary Curriculum , a curriculum now in operation in hundreds of schools worldwide. The IPC approaches learning as a series of subject, personal and international goals. Students are provided with a maximum of support, from a team of classroom educators, to help them achieve these multi-layered learning goals.  The IPC is endorsed by QCA (Quality and Curriculum Authority, UK), and has a growing number of enthusiastic supporters. For further information on the IPC approach, please visit the IPC website at internationalprimarycurriculum.com

Secondary School Curriculum (IB MYP)
AICS is recognised as an International Baccalaureate World School. Secondary school students follow the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme , a program that is recognized world-wide.  In addition to their academic studies, students spend time working on collaborative projects and serving in the community - pursuing a wide range of creative and philanthropic activities that help create well-rounded and worldly students who can adapt to any cultural environment.

International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP)
AICS is recognised as an International Baccalaureate World School, and has full Diploma Programme status. Our pre-university students follow the two-year International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, an internationally recognised course that, upon successful completion of the official IB examinations, offers entry into university and institutes of higher learning worldwide.  As a part of their educational program all our IB students take part in CAS, a program that fosters creativity, action and service in the community. For further information on International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, please visit the official website of the IBDP at http://www.ibo.org.
