School Reports
Reporting and Parent-Teacher Meetings Primary and Secondary School
Our school year is divided into four terms. A criterion-based report is sent to parents/guardians three times a year; in November (Progress Report), March (Mid-Year Report) and in July (End of Year Report). The Mid-Year Report follows a Student-led Portfolio Conference. The End of Year Report is an evaluation of the whole year’s work.
Three times a year, teachers confer over the progress of each individual student in structured report meetings. Twice a year, in December and in July, parents/guardians are invited to attend Parent-Teacher-Student meetings at which they can discuss their child’s progress with the teaching staff. Parents/guardians receive a written invitation to these meetings. At the Student-led Portfolio Conference, each student presents a sample of his portfolio to his parents/guardians and a teacher supervisor.
